For Financing Projects
You’ll know within one week of us formalizing our engagement. The first stage of our working together involves collecting a basic set of documents required to determine eligibility and amounts. I perform my own analysis first, then discuss the deal with two to three potential financing sources to confirm my assumptions and recommendations and drive towards a term sheet that will outline all key terms, including amounts.

Just like in life, seeking financing has no absolute guarantees. And yet all of my successful deals have these things in common: constant communication; urgency; accurate information; in-depth analysis to determine eligibility, type of financing, and amounts; full disclosure of any potential issues upfront; and no adverse changes or issues once we begin the process.

Once a full document package is assembled and reviewed, typical timings are the following (note that during these extraordinary COVID times, times to close have taken longer).
- SBA Loans: 60-120 days
- Conventional Bank Loans: 60-120 days
- Specialty Loans (Equipment, Working Capital, etc.): 30-60 days
Yes, pending their availability.
Professional fees vary and will be discussed and agreed upon after I complete the initial analysis.
All payments for services are to be made via ACH or wire.
